Denim
Factory & Laundry
Union Win factories and laundry are designed to implement flexible orders. Our monthly capacity is around 150,000 pieces of denim jeans. Logistically we set up all of our production sites near to each other, and we utilize the benefit of the deep-water seaports. Our main factory is located in Zhongshan, and laundry is in Jiangmen. We transit goods from Zhongshan terminal via Hong Kong terminal, export to the rest of the world. All of our production sites always have up to date BSCI standard.

Manufacturing
Union Win's main manufacturing sites are in China, we have solely owned factory and strategic alliances. Union Win cares about our workers, and with BSCI standard, we follow tightly with local labour law, we are strongly against child labor and unlawful overtime working hour. We execute and maintain serious broken needle policy and all of our manufacturing factories have needle detection machines equipped. Union Win has been investing in automated machines such as computerised pocketing and buttoning machines and paper pattern systems to achieve high level of efficiency and consistency. Union Win has also started strategic alliance in Vietnam in recent years.
Washing
Union Win aware of customers' demand and have highly control the quality of the wash well, hence we set up our own laundry. Working with global reputed labels, we have learnt how to differentiate what good washes are from our customers, and we have skills to make our wash looking authentic and subtle. We have a sophisticated functional waste water treatment system in our facility, we comply with China Environment Protection Tax Law and Water Pollution Prevention and Control.
